Transformation Mentor
Jill Valentine is a co-founder of UGO Travel for Change, founder and author of Dare to be a Dandelion, and a pioneer in the transformational travel arena.  As a Transformative Travel Coach Jill harnesses the innate powers of travel and volunteerism as tools for sustainable personal and global change.  A passionate humanitarian, volunteerism specialist and world traveller, she lives by the words “Make it happen!”


Money Mentor 

Karen McAllister, The Mindful Money Coach 

Karen is a Certified Money & Business Archetype coach, non-profit leader, and spiritual seeker.
She helps individuals, couples, women in business, and mission-based organizations achieve their goals by releasing tension around their relationship with money.
With over ten years’ experience in nonprofit leadership & fund development – combined with her own path around money – make her intimately familiar with the struggles that people and organizations face.


Leadership Mentor 

Debra Christmas is a seasoned leader in the high tech field with over 35 years of experience managing all aspects of information technology.   Prior to joining Gartner Canada, Debra was Vice President of Hewlett-Packard Software Technical Sales leading a team of over 300 technical software sales professionals across North and South America, contributing to $500M in sales for HP Software.Debra is also the founder of Stiletto Gladiators, a not for profit organization delivering mentorship services, leadership assessment, development and diversity coaching.  She is a member of the Women in Business Network, WxN, and Women of Influence. She is a motivating and inspirational leader and is particularly passionate about the development of women in IT.  She is certified in Tilt365 and Leadership Circle, a comprehensive leadership assessment framework based on “Mastering Leadership”.


Business Mentor 

Doris Chung is the founder and CEO of Publisher Production Solutions. A third-generation printer and entrepreneur, Doris has been helping publishers, authors and entrepreneurs, for over 20 years, with their print production needs. Recently launching a new division, Liquid Ink Design, she is helping CEOs and entrepreneurs bring credibility and visibility to their professional brand.

Doris is a Publisher, Print Consultant, Designer and a Creator of Visions. Doris is all about creating a solid brand for you and your company.


Career & Marketing Mentor

Leigh Mitchell is a business strategist and brand consultant. As the founder of Women in Biz Network, she has taken her business from a handful of women in her neighbourhood to a national organization of over 35,000. Leigh is responsible for curating mentorship initiatives, promoting our diversity-driven career portal for women, and delivering skill-building events to a variety of audiences. Leigh provides customized training and branding services for small businesses and national brands. Her career has led her to successfully work with major brands such as GM Canada, Microsoft Canada, TELUS, Johnson & Johnson, Maple Leaf Foods, TD Canada Trust, Staples Canada and Penguin Random House Canada. Leigh has been featured on CBC News, The Globe and Mail, Toronto Star, Canadian Living Magazine, Wall Street Journal and in other media and has been a featured speaker at numerous industry events.


Social Media Mentor

Lucinda Coey has a background in visual design and communications. She has adapted the skill sets to many areas in the business world.  Lucinda worked for many years with Jolly Jumper in several capacities, initially in product design. Followed by a position as a trade show organizer and host.  She translated her ability to connect with industry insiders into online connections with the buying customer.  Lucinda worked in many aspects of client outreach including brand-wide packaging updates, online product photography, and social media.  Lucinda organized a nationwide online campaign to discover the new “Jolly Jumper Baby”; the face of the hallmark product.  She brings with her a visually driven social media mindset and a creative way to gain that much needed ‘hype factor’ while staying inside very tight budgetary limits.

Lucinda currently works with Women In Biz Network as our membership manager and also serves as our social media mentor. Lucinda also works with Machine-Motorsports as an online producer of content and website management.


Sales Mentor 

Andrea Ivanka is an international speaker educating and empowering aspiring leaders. She is the game-changer. She has served over 1000 customers and clients and has spoken to over 9,000 people worldwide. Andrea has been featured on TV shows, shared the stage with media tycoons, multi-millionaires and A-list celebrities. The person you see on the big stage is the same humble person you’ll meet at a coffee shop. She stands for authenticity, integrity and fun.

Andrea helps high-achieving, open-minded entrepreneurs and sales professionals who are ready for a breakthrough by giving them an unfair advantage in their industry…all through winning communication that has helped some of her clients grow their business up to 400% within a few short months. HR Mentor

Sara Bibb is the Principal Consultant of MKS HR Consulting. She is a professional and certified HR & Recruitment Consultant. You will think she is part of your team because she takes pride in serving her clients and getting the best possible candidates for their vacancies. Sara has a comprehensive recruitment background in a variety of industries and it shows because she makes the process look easy. She excels in her superior communication skills and relationship building skills with everyone she works with.

She completed her post-graduate program in Human Resources Management at Seneca College and obtained her Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation in 2009.

Sara started MKS HR after seeing that smaller sized companies have the same Recruitment and HR issues that larger companies do. The main difference was that smaller sized companies aren’t large enough to warrant having an in-house HR department-even a department of one!

So she decided to help those companies with her 13 years of experience in HR and founded MKS HR Consulting.

Specialties: Talent management, interviewing, sourcing, employment branding, employment testing, managing and marketing of employee referral programs, general human resources, and benefits administration
