Biography

Carolyn Dickinson is a Success Coach for Entrepreneurs, the Founder of SuperMom Entrepreneur, a collaborative community that helps dream-chasing women turn their passions into profits while integrating the demands of family life. She is an expert at networking, sales, creating relationships, and elevating others.

Over the past decade, Carolyn has become an accomplished speaker and event organizer offering hands on experience leading international sales and marketing. She also holds an annual “I Am The Boss” Conference, a training event with networking and collaborative opportunities for women who want to create lifestyle freedom by building their own business. Carolyn is also the recipient of several awards in her industry, including Top Retailer and Top Leadership.

She also holds a degree in Psychology and Early Childhood Education, and a certification in Family Medication.

Based on her strong family values as a wife and mother of two amazing little girls, she believes that anything is possible. Overcoming many challenges in her life and in finding work, life integration has given Carolyn the passion to support and coach others in having a powerful mindset that creates the time to make the money you want.

Tell us about your business

I believe that mindset is gateway to success. We all have challenges big and small regardless of the size of our business or income. With a powerful mindset anything is possible in business and in life. This is why I love what I do. With over a decade of coaching experience, I have moved in to focus on entrepreneurs who want to build or expand their business. We all need support in business no matter who we are. That’s where I come in, as a coach, you can’t know what you don’t know.
I offer one to one coaching, educational webinars and an annual event that is always filled with valuable information to enhance and build your business. I start at exactly where you are right now and build from there. Your vision, your dreams, your action, your success.
My motto is Educate, Collaborate, and Elevate. Women too often do not value what they have to offer, or see how important their offering is to those around them. We need to embrace our talents and skills to help others do the same.
As a woman entrepreneur and a mom it is so important to understand how to integrate, one’s self, business and family. As a woman we can do it all but only if we understand how to: take time for ourselves, ask for help, delegate, focus on what we do best, hire help when we need it, establish dedicated family time and truly realize we can’t do it all ourselves.

How are you hoping to connect with conference attendees?

I hope to connect with each and every attendee one to one and that they each person will walk away with at least one thing that will help them in their business and/or life.

What advice would you give conference attendees?

Know your why, understand what you have to offer and the value it offers to your target market. So when you are feeling overwhelmed, frustrated and have those moments of wonderment, which we all do; stop and go back and review the value that people receive from what you do.
