Join me in this Virtual Fitness Bootcamp for Women. All fitness levels are welcome!

We start with a 5-minute warm up, followed by fun yet challenging strength training routine (weights are optional) and end with a cool down/stretching.

All you need is a set of weights, a towel, lots of water and a smile!
