What is your inspiration?

Meeting like-minded women in business and supporting one another for the advancement of all! We love working with other women’s networking groups, and truly believe in the ‘power of numbers’… alone we can all aspire to do great things, but together the sky is truly the limit. To see collaboration, encouragement, and professionalism with a heart is pure inspiration, and something we hope to continue seeing as women in business continue being a strong and unstoppable force in Canada’s marketplace.

How are you hoping to connect with conference attendees?

We are looking forward to connecting one-on-one with attendees, to help them gain access to valuable resources and to offer insight and support where needed! We’ve met so many amazing women in business online through Twitter and Facebook – it will be great to meet in person and put faces to names (and company names!).

What advice would you give conference attendees?

Take advantage of everything the day has to offer you – every learning experience, every potential meeting with a fellow attendee – take it all in and don’t restrict yourself!

Also, a great marketing tip: include your picture somewhere on your marketing materials. When all is said and done at the end of the day, a lot (and we mean A LOT!) of connections will have been made. Stay front of mind with those you have connected with by ensuring an updated photo is included, that way when your business card or brochure is picked up days, weeks, or even months later, they can make the visual connection.Moms_multicolr-corp

Do you have a special offer or incentive for conference attendees that you would like us to share?

We will be offering an exclusive Mompreneurs Membership discount at our booth, and we will be drawing for a signed copy of Arlene Dickinson’s latest book “All In”!
