How can your experience or your business help fellow conference attendees?

The most vital part of any business is to ensure that it helps others. I am passionate about helping to solve social issues that I am passionate about – like mentorship, like giving women a voice (all women – everywhere). The greatest joy for me is volunteering or working on causes that are important to me.  I believe it is important to work with a charity or cause related to your business that you believe in. I feel strongly that our conference will give women the opportunity to explore ideas and learn new concepts that will light their fires. This is a truly unique conference that I am so excited to bring to my community.

What do you hope to take away from the conference?

I am hoping to take away conference afterglow. That feeling of excitement that comes from things you have learned and the people you have met that fill your cup.

What is most inspiring book you have read?

Choosing one is so hard but my most recent read was “Yes Please” by Amy Poehler – it filled me with laughter and had great tips on how you can live life on your own terms. I am inspired by how Amy gives back to girls and women. http://www.amazon.com/Yes-Please-Amy-Poehler/dp/0062268341
