Erin Baebler has spent the past 10 years coaching women in transition through her company, Magnolia Workshop. She recently wrote her first book: Moms Mean Business: A Guide to Creating a Successful Company and Happy Life as a Mom Entrepreneur with her co-author Lara Galloway. The book is being published by Career Press and releases on October 20th.
How can your experience or business help fellow conference attendees?
I help women integrate their professional lives with their personal lives so that it all flows better. I also love helping women through transition.
What are you passionate about in your business and what steps are you taking to make it profitable?
I’m most passionate about writing which is why realizing my dream of writing a book is so fulfilling. I’m actively seeking more paid writing opportunities by spreading the word about how I can help others get their books published.
What do you hope to take away from the conference?
I’m excited to meet a lot of great women and I hope I learn throughout the day since learning is one of my absolute favorite things to do.
What is your favourite business tool?
My favorite business tool is my iPhone which lets me do everything I need to do whether I’m at home or out in the world.
What is your favourite business book?
My favorite business book is my own, of course! But, I also love Michael Gerber’s books as well as Think and Grow Rich for Women.
