Biography
Gwen Gnazdowsky of ONE Conversation Coaching & Facilitation has been helping people resolve issues and achieve personal, professional and relationship goals for over 25 years, One Conversation at a Time! She is the National Mentorship Advisor and Vancouver Mentorship Lead for the Women in Leadership Foundation. Gwen teaches Communication and Public Speaking Courses at Langara College and Vancouver School Board. Gwen has delivered keynotes and workshops for YWCA’s Mentoring and Single Mom’s Programs, UBC Anthropology Students, the Canadian Women in Science and Technology, Crofton House School, Vancouver Asian Heritage Society, Women in Film & Television, Human Resources Management Association, Accounting, Certified Management Accountant Association and the Kitsilano Chamber of Commerce to name a few. Gwen draws on her education and experience in Social Services and as a Life Skills Coach and is committed to people getting what they want in life.

What are you passionate about in your business and what steps are you taking to make it profitable?
I am most passionate about empowering people to raise them higher in the direction of their dreams, especially personally, professionally and in relationships. I am continually training and developing myself to keep raising the bar and reach a greater audience, as I encourage others to do the same.
What do you hope to take away from the conference?
Ideas, community and conversation! I am looking forward to the learning, inspiration and contribution from presenters and fellow participants. I want to further articulate my platform, message and mission so I can be a greater contribution to others.
What is your favourite business tool?
The Conversation – I believe that ‘talking things out’ can lead to amazing self-discoveries allowing new possibilities to emerge. My motto is, ‘No more suffering alone!’ One gets to gain clarity and different new perspectives. It’s exciting and enlightening and why I’ve called my business One Conversation.
