For many, September is an unofficial new year. For me, it’s an opportunity to revisit my goals from January and fine tune my work processes – a check-in and chance to do a better job before the year draws to a close.

  1. Working smarter not harder is the magic pill for entrepreneurs. I actually took a video at the pet store with 2 gerbils running together in the same wheel. Nice effect to get across the insanity that sneaks up on you. I've learnt that focus is number one and number 2 is to drop activities that don't support number one.
