You don’t need athletic gear or a dance studio to take your cue from Kate Hudson and James Corden’s fun new segment, “Toddlerography”. Letting the kids lead the adults in spontaneous dance moves is fun for everyone and a great way for the whole family to get moving.
It also happens to be one way that young children develop physical literacy.
