I love the summer like I love oxygen. Trouble is, as a small business owner, I do most of the heavy lifting and if I take a week off, the business takes a week off.

Hiring more staff isn’t an option so leading up to a vacation, planning and automating tasks takes priority. If I do my work ahead of time, I can step away for a much needed break and know my business strategy won’t collapse.
