Women in Biz Network is so incredibly lucky to have the support of  Château des Charmes over the years – Michele has been such an amazing champion for us and we can’t thank her and the winery enough for their ongoing love and support!

“Making wine is not what we do, it’s who we are.” We are often asked how we got into the wine business. More than a few times the answer has been this quote. Growing wine has been in our family’s blood for seven generations. We love everything about it; from nurturing the vineyards each year, to bringing the wines to life in the cellar and waiting for each to come of age so it can be released to be enjoyed. But what brings us the most joy is seeing someone savour our wine or celebrate an important family milestone at our winery. — the Bosc family, owners and operators of Château des Charmes Wines

Tell us about your business

Our winery and vineyards are located in Niagara-on-the-Lake. We’ve been farming here for more than 30 years. But Niagara is more than that; it’s where we live, raise our families and play. We love it here. This is one of the reasons we are proud and active members of our community.

Over the years we’ve been lucky to have been involved with many terrific organizations. Here are a few of our current favourites: Meal Exchange, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Niagara, St. Catharines General Hospital Foundation, Wellspring Niagara, Look Good Feel Better Foundation, Oceanwise, Toronto Zoo, Dora Awards, among others.

In addition to wine and experience donations, our winery has been the venue for many fundraising events. We are honoured to partner with registered charities to help them raise funds to continue their vital work in our community.
