An author and established speaker, Andrea comes from a background that has always included educating and empowering aspiring leaders. Over her career, she has spoken to over 7,000 people worldwide.
As the CEO of Andrea Ivanka International, Andrea divides her time between developing live accelerated learning courses for the busy professional, programs for individual clients, interactive training events, and connecting with members of the local communities of the west GTA. Phew!
With over 15 years of experience in teaching and training, Andrea is now dedicated to working with service professionals, many of whom have benefited from increased revenue, clarity and confidence after working through her live training programs. Andrea is the creator of Influence Like A Pro, and Captivate Your Audience – two NLP based professional programs designed to help service professionals and entrepreneurs have breakthrough results in creating authentic connections, while bringing out the best of what they have to offer. The result? They step powerfully into success, make more money and have fun along the way.
Andrea’s biggest accomplishment is having the courage to do things differently in her industry – which meant saying NO to “sticking just anyone” into a training program. As a result, in 2015, Andrea stepped into the Six-Figure Club, all while working with clients that she loves!
Andrea loves travelling by train, adores Mexican food, and can say “Thank-you” in at least eight different languages. Her guilty pleasure: books.

The more you listen – the more you’ll connect. Be open. Look for win-win opportunities.
