Helping clients find the right office products to fit their needs is one of my passions.
For instance, an accordion file folder is a useful item for organizing paperwork.
Unfortunately, the traditional ones can be terribly awkward to use. But this particular desktop style expanding file folder has 13 pockets and index tabs that can be custom labelled. It’s one of my favourite office helpers.
It’s designed to stay open when fully expanded – which means it can sit safely on a desk or flat surface without falling over.
Here are four suggestions how to use it:
  • As a monthly organizer for bills and expenses, instead of a shoebox
  • A tickler file for vital paperwork that needs to be kept close at hand
  • For printed business materials or new “ideas”

It’s a versatile product.

This item collapses into a neat package with an elastic band fastener that holds it together. It’s available in legal or letter sizes too.
