
Marketing & Production Assistant
Job Description Summary
Toronto based start-up seeking a driven, marketing and production assistant for part-time, work from co-working space and home position.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating trade shows and events
- Assists in production of advertising, marketing brochures, sales kits, direct mails or other promotional materials
- Assisting with generating leads
- Social Media and email marketing campaigns
- Updating and maintaining website and blog
- Assisting with photography shoots and video demos
- Assisting with production of deliveries
- Weekend work required sometimes
Experience/Qualifications Required:
- Must be available to start ASAP
- Drivers licence is required (car will be provided for events)
- Background in marketing/communications
- Experience with social media marketing
- Ability to work alone and with a team
- Proactive, driven and can work in a start-up environment
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and do new things
- Good organizational skills and time management
- Excellent computer skills
