Across the GTA and in surrounding areas you’ll find plenty of tree farms where you can make a day out of finding the perfect tree and cut or pick your own.

Top Pick: Sonny Christmas Trees Supporting Out of the Cold
Donated over $35,000 since the program started!

Every year our volunteer, Sonny, sells Christmas trees to the public and then generously donates some of the proceeds to our program and to other Out of the Cold programs.  When buying your tree, please consider buying from Sonny.  You’ll get a beautiful tree to grace your home and help provide warmth and comfort to our guests at the same time. You’ll find Sonny’s trees at the following four locations. The lots are open from Nov 30th to Dec 23rd from 10 am to 8 pm :
  • Behind St Peter’s Church on Markham St just north of Bloor
  • The No Frills lot on Alberta Ave. north of St Clair, east of Oakwood
  • Eastminister Church at Danforth and Jackman
  • Dairy Queen  – on Danforth Road near Danforth Avenue

Evergreen Garden Market

There are thousands of trees at the Evergreen Garden Market at the Brick Works. Prices range from $35-$220 and they have six different varieties of trees from four feet to 14 feet tall. All their trees are local and come from Everett Ontario near Alliston. Huge bonus, they’ll free cut the tree and tie it to the roof of your car to take it away. The full-service tree lot is open until Christmas eve at 2 p.m.

Bacardi Holidega at Brassaii
For an urban tree farm experience, head over to Brassaii restaurant’s holiday tree lot on the weekend of where you can sip complimentary cocktails and pick out. Tree sales are cash only. Large trees start at $20 and small ones are $10.
