I came across a great video post on business resolutions. The video is from speaker and marketing expert Scott Stratten of UnMarketing Fame. Scott actually spoke to our network a few years back and I have always loved his common sense advice.
Scott does a great job describing what not to do when setting business resolutions and how to make resolutions that you can actually stick with and most importantly – hopefully achieve.
On a personable level – I love that he is wearing a shirt that says "I hate Pants" because it says two things that I think are important: Number 1- don’t take yourself too seriously and secondly to always look for humour in your pitch – it can make all the difference.

M – Manageable
A– Attainable
C– Controllable
E– Enjoyable
