As a business consultant with over 20 years experience in change management, training, business improvement in the corporate sector, I understand the challenge of working efficiently and bringing new solutions to life.  From planning and keeping large projects on track with project management techniques to developing communication to promote and engage stakeholders and training them on new solutions.

As an entreprenuer and business owner myself, I understand the challenges of clearly articulating my offer, keeping focussed on what’s important and maximizing limited resources.

My goal is to make starting and growing a business easier and more fun.  I simplify tools and models that are used in large corporations to bring clarity, focus and efficient structures to solopreneurs and small businesses.
