A sales and marketing executive in technology for more than 25 years, I created MentorSHE in 2020, with the intention to create a solution that would provide women an opportunity to be matched to mentors in a more modern way. The MentorSHE platform is currently in BETA and offers women a chance to build a profile as a mentor or mentee and to match, at will or not, online.  Through my research and development efforts, I surveyed and interviewed many women and associations of interest.  I met Leigh Mitchell, who, in my opinion is offering excellent services and mentoring opportunities today across a spectrum of businesses.  We are now collaborating to further study and understand how we can better serve the needs of women who want to lead and learn in an unbiased, safe and barrier free environment.  If you would like to be part of this project in any way, please reach out!
