How can your experience or your business help fellow conference attendees?

I want to show attendees they can make a profit on their business and still be looking for ways to give back and be of service within their business.

What do you hope to take away from the conference?

I hope to take away inspiration, knowledge and a deeper understanding of how I can run a profitable social based business.

What do you think is our greatest social problem today? Any suggestions to solve it?

Unemployment rates are high for young people coming into the job market. Every position seems to need a university degree to even get your foot in the door. I would like to see young women and men continue to be inspired to start innovative companies. How can we do this? We need more funding, training and real life schooling experiences that encourage social entrepreneurship.

What is the most inspiring book you have read?

E-Myth Revised by Michael Gerber. I love this book because it shared how challenging it is to be a business owner and how you can overcome your fears and stressors in order to run a successful business owner. It Really is the bible that all business owners should read and it taught me we have to band together to succeed.
