We are a collective of Changemakers from various industries and professional backgrounds. We mentor and empower  professionals and startups in both entrepreneurial and corporate spaces:

Member Code of Conduct for Women in Biz Network (If you have a question ask us at @womenbiznetwork)

  1. Professionalism: Members are expected to conduct themselves professionally in all interactions within the network and in public settings while representing the network.
  2. Respect: Members must respect fellow members, staff, and partners, embracing differences and avoiding discriminatory behaviour.
  3. Confidentiality: Members should maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared within the network unless given explicit permission to share.
  4. Positive Engagement: Members are encouraged to actively participate in discussions, events, and initiatives, contributing positively and constructively.
  5. Non-Discrimination: Members must not engage in discrimination based on race, colour, religion, sex, age, national origin, marital status, disability, or any other protected class.
  6. Supportiveness: Members should support each other’s professional growth and personal well-being, offering guidance, mentorship, and encouragement.
  7. Compliance: Members must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as the policies and procedures set forth by the network.
  8. No Solicitation: Members are prohibited from using the network as a platform for unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, or any other form of solicitation. Personal business activities should not interfere with the objectives and activities of the network. When in doubt: Ask yourself this question first: “Is my intent to get to know this person and learn with them or is it to sell something?” Use good judgement. We trust you.
