Our author Anne Day will lead a discussion on two of her books: Good Enough- Embrace Who YOU Are. Unleash your Brilliance and 20/20 – Looking Back on a Life Well-Lived and the Lessons Learned.
Are YOU hiding behind a not good enough story?
You are NOT alone! Many women suffer from self-doubt. They believe they are not good enough, bright enough, pretty enough, thin enough to succeed, and this belief is holding them back from realizing their potential, from becoming who they are meant to be.
Finding women to talk about this topic was never a challenge. Over the course of three years, authors Anne Day and Amy Vodarek connected with over 350 women.
Through the heartfelt storytelling and real-life examples shared in this book you will learn that overwhelm, judgment, and fear of failure often lead women to believe that they are not good enough.
Embrace who you are. Unleash your Brilliance.
Good Enough will gently prompt you to step out of your own way so that you can design success and life on your terms.
Written in Anne’s honest and straight-shooter style, 20/20 is a beautiful collection of learnings and insights from her own life. Anne shares these life lessons of work, business and leadership through the lens of her professional and personal experiences, woven with a spirit of gratitude and kindness towards others.
Humour and quick wit have carried Anne through both the highs and lows of her life, as you will read when she talks about her breast cancer diagnosis. You will enjoy Anne’s sense of humour as she unfolds her story and shares the foibles and mistakes she has made along the way,
20/20 offers bright and simplistic ideas described with relatable examples and a poignant message. This book provides you with a road map of what to do and what to avoid as you navigate your path to finding meaning, success and connection in every stage in life.

In 2003 I started Company of Women as a way to meet up and connect with other women entrepreneurs. When I am not planning programs for Company of Women, I am writing.
I am the author of six books. In June 2016, I launched Full Circle Publishing to help women get their words out into the world. On the home front, I am married, have two adult daughters, a dog, and live on a farm near Guelph.
