This challenge is for anyone who wants to be more active with their family. It is for anyone who wants to focus on helping their child develop physical literacy and doesn’t have a lot of time to invest. Most of all it is for anyone who wants to have fun.

Participating in the challenge is easy. There’s no registration or commitment. There’s no penalty for missing a day.

Just follow us on Facebook. Starting on February 28, we’ll post an idea every evening for the following day. It will be a suggestion for an easy activity that will help your child develop physical literacy and will be enjoyable for the grown-ups in the house as well.

After a month of investing just a few minutes each day, being physical will become an easy habit for all of you.

And if you’re not sure why you should think about a month-long challenge, have a look at this to hear more about the benefits.

At the end of the month, we’ll post all the activities here so you can refer back to them anytime you want.

So grab the family, join us on Facebook, and come along for the ride! Share how you’re doing on social media using #AfL30days
