Mentorship Opportunities 

  • Every month Women in Biz Members can speak live to a variety of mentors who will help with the challenges you have indicated on your membership application form and on our Members Only Facebook forum. The calls take place once a month for 1 hour via our live webinar. These calls are also recorded and cataloged in the “Members Only Tools Area” as well for listening for future reference.
  • We also have a monthly Thrive Mentor Mastermind for Members with access to four mentors each month – Register here
  • Twice a month we have Mentor Office Hours at SheCoSystem Coworking Space & Wellness

How much does this program cost?

The Mentor Her Biz program is a free program available to WIBN members: Buy a Membership

We welcome you to participate as both Mentor and Mentee and we’ll set you up with two mentoring relationships.


Why Mentorship?
A 2012 survey showed that 63 percent of women have never had a formal mentor. The reason? Most women feel uncomfortable asking for mentorship. Women represent 52% of post-secondary graduates, but we are not asking for the guidance which is vital to our career growth!
